The Theater Project presents Two Sides of the Classical Guitar, a classical/acoustic guitar concert featuring Brian Cullen and David Bullard.

Originally from South Africa, Brian Cullen has a classical guitar background from the London John Williams School of Music, and the Durban South Africa Classical Guitar Society. He plays classical, Latin and contemporary styles from around the globe.

Dave Bullard is more of a Dirt Road Scholar, and plays songs he has written from his years on the road, playing with people of all nationalities. He mixes styles of reggae and Latin salsa with flamenco and jazz.

Two Sides highlights the wonderful symbiotic relationship that Cullen and Bullard have as musicians. Each is an extraordinarily talented guitar player by himself, but together, the two players are able to deftly fill in the others musical spaces. The result is a show that ebbs and flows and never relinquishes your attention.

This special concert event will be presented Friday, September 11 at 8 pm.  Tickets are $10 in advance and $12 at the door, and are available at 729-8584.
