Play a Part - Support The Theater Project

For over thirty-five years at The Theater Project I have seen one group of young people after another come in as elementary school kids eager to play on stage. I’ve watched each group mature into interesting teenagers who create their own show. I’ve also seen coworkers mature and become outstanding teachers, directors and actors. Even better is to be succeeded by one of them, Wendy Poole, and to feel such joy and pride in her work.

Al is now teaching the kids of the kids he taught years ago. I am starting to see the kids I first taught marry and start families of their own. Like parents, Al and I are proud of the accomplishments of these kids. Times are tight, but we know there are future generations of mid-coast Maine kids to inspire. Please help them experience what we offer at The Theater Project.
