For all of our 2019 - 2020 productions, show times are as follows unless otherwise noted:

Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays at 7:30 pm
Sunday Matinees at 2:00 pm

Please note that due to the configuration of our theater we cannot admit latecomers. Please arrive at the theater at least 10 minutes before the start of a show as we do lock the doors!

*Some iPads are not compatible with our ticketing system. If you are unable to purchase tickets online with an iPad, please call our box office at 207-729-8584 and we would be happy to reserve tickets for you. We apologize for any inconvenience.

The complete works of william shakespeare (abridged)


All 37 plays in 97 minutes! Three madcap actors in tights weave their wicked way through all of Shakespeare's comedies, histories, and tragedies in one wild ride that will leave you breathless and helpless with laughter. An irreverent, fast-paced romp through the Bard's plays, THE COMPLETE WORKS OF WILLIAM SHAKESPEARE (ABRIDGED) was London's longest-running comedy.

Middletown is a deeply moving and funny play exploring the universe of a small American town. As a friendship develops between longtime resident John Dodge and new arrival Mary Swanson, the lives of the inhabitants of Middletown intersect in strange and poignant ways in a journey that takes them from the local library to outer space and points between.

In the world of Neverland, Peter Pan is king until he meets his match...a female Captain Hook. Experience a theatrical and inventive Peter Pan like you never have before! Master director and acclaimed playwright Jon Jory has reimagined the classic tale with a crew of female pirates, and we’ll put this rendition to stage with our Young Company and fall classes. wales and tales

December 18 @ 7:00 pm

Our yearly tradition when Al Miller takes the stage to spread some holiday cheer to family and friends. Come watch as Al performs some holiday classics as well as some well-known children’s tales. You don’t want to miss this one night performance!

the 39 steps

January 31 - february 16

Mix a Hitchcock masterpiece with a juicy spy novel, add a dash of Monty Python and you have THE 39 STEPS, a fast-paced whodunit for anyone who loves the magic of theatre! This two-time Tony and Drama Desk Award-winning treat is packed with nonstop laughs, over 150 zany characters (played by a ridiculously talented cast of four), an onstage plane crash, handcuffs, missing fingers, and some good old-fashioned romance!

In collaboration with the Holocaust and Human Rights Museum of Maine we will present actual stories from survivors who have a Maine connection or moved here after the war.

voices in the mirror

May 29 - 31

Celebrating its 24th year, Voices in the Mirror is an original improvisational show created and performed by our high school company based on their lives. Come experience the skits; the ups and the downs, silly and poignant, honest and brave moments of their lives.


Adults: $20
Seniors (65+)/Students: $15
Children (3-12): $10
   Children 2 and under are free as long as they are on a lap!

We remain firmly committed to every person, regardless of financial situation, being able to experience and enjoy theater. That is why every Thursday performance and the third row on the side sections of every performance will remain pay-what-you-want.


  • Online ticket sales are available up to two hours before each show begins. If you are interested in a ticket within the two hours before a show starts, please call our box office (207-729-8584) or show up to the door to see if we still have tickets.

  • LATECOMERS CANNOT BE SEATED due to the configuration of the Theater. Our doors are locked once the production begins, so please arrive at least 10 minutes before curtain time.

  • We are unable to take phone calls while a show is in session.
