The Taming of the Shrew by William Shakespeare
Directed by Beth Somerville
March 20th—April 4th, 2026
Love, laughs, and serious sparks fly when Shakespeare’s sharpest couple takes the stage. The Taming of the Shrew is a fast, funny, and fiery showdown between bold, brilliant Katherine and the audacious Petruchio—where every insult is a flirt and every scheme could backfire spectacularly. Our Professional Company brings a fresh, modern energy to this classic comedy, packed with wit, romance, and chaos you won’t want to miss.

Voices in the Mirror
We’re celebrating 30 years of Voices in the Mirror! This annual show is a staple in the Brunswick community. Each year, teens meet to discuss their lives and with the help of a director, create art out of their experiences. These improvisational skits are insightful, honest, brave and funny.
Voices in the Mirror runs one weekend only!
Friday, May 29th & Saturday, May 30th at 7:30PM
Sunday, May 31st 2:00 PM
Tickets available online are suggested pricing. To reserve tickets at pay-what-you-can pricing, please call the box office at (207) 729-8584 or email us at boxoffice@theaterproject.com.
