Sponsorship at The Theater Project
Our Mission
The Theater Project fosters a safe environment for children, teens, and adults to express themselves creatively, collaborate, and build skills through theater arts, as well as provides opportunities for the community to experience, enjoy, and appreciate live theater.
Accessible pricing so you get more for your support!
The Theater Project is currently restructuring our sponsorship programs and advertising rates; we hope that you might consider partnering with us to support the arts in this wonderful community. There are different levels of commitment and flexible, affordable funding opportunities available. Sponsorship at The Theater Project is flexible and affordable. Sponsorships also generate relatively low-cost, high visibility publicity through season-long advertising on show posters and in our programs; dedicated space on our website is also an option and we will make spotlight mentions during curtain speeches prior to every show.
We keep our costs as low as possible; each mainstage production at The Theater Project ranges from $10,000 in costs to $13,000 in costs. Most of those are personnel costs: the production team, actors, teachers and staff to make these shows possible at pay-what-you-can pricing.
With your help, we can continue offering exemplary work and meet our budget needs without compromising our belief that there shouldn’t be a financial barrier to art or education. In a time when creativity and brave spaces are more important than ever, your support is instrumental in what we do.
We have three levels of support this year, with varying and increasing publicity options:
-
Improv, Storytelling, or Class Sponsorships - $200
Our most affordable sponsorship option! For $200.00, you can help support the Theater Project’s one-night only events and classes for adults and children! We offer monthly improv shows, four storytelling events and multiple classes throughout the year. This sponsorship level is customizable, with options including your place of business used in improv skits, your business mentioned during storytelling curtain speeches, complimentary tickets and social media and website mentions!
-
Show Sponsorships - $500
A show sponsorship is a low-cost flexible option to support The Theater Project! Your show sponsorship will contribute to the success of an individual show during our season. We have five options: Frankenstein, Best Christmas Pageant Ever, Winter Cabaret, Taming of the Shrew, and Voices in the Mirror. For this level of sponsorship, you will receive: a full page color ad in our season program, your name on the show poster you sponsor, a mention in each mainstage curtain speech of said show, ad space in our lobby during the run of the show, social media and email blast mentions throughout the run of the show, your logo on our website home page, and six complimentary tickets to any performance of the sponsored production.
-
Season Sponsorships - $1500
A season sponsorship at The Theater Project is the best value for your money. Your $1,500 sponsorship will contribute to the success of our entire season and get you: priority full page color ad in our season program, your name on all mainstage posters throughout the season, a mention in every mainstage curtain speech and fundraising event, ad space in our lobby, social media and email blast mentions throughout the year and your logo on our website homepage. You also receive 4 complimentary tickets for every opening night!
