Ross Cunningham (Clown 1) is thrilled to be returning to a passion that had taken a back seat for years. After performing in Lisbon’s recent community production of Annie The Musical, Ross was once again bitten by the theater bug. Tom Handel (Clown 2) studied acting at the American Academy of Dramatic Arts East, Colby College and Columbia University. He has acted for River Company, Heartwood, Snowlion Repertory, the Theater Project, Storm Warnings Rep, Footlights and Lyric Theater. His favorite roles include Charlie and 7 other roles in Stones in His Pockets, Jerry in Zoo Story, Billy in Carousel, Erie in Hughie, Judas in Jesus Christ, Superstar, Howie in Rabbit Hole, Henry in Papermaker at Footlights and at the Theater Project Lord Henry in The Picture of Dorian Gray and Colin Thornton in Seal. He most recently performed in “ Broadway at Good Theater.”
Andrew Elijah Edwards (Richard Hannay) has been acting with the Theater Project for the past four years since moving to Maine in 2015, performing in various productions including Arthur Roeder in Radium Girls, Basil in The Picture of Dorian Gray, Ebenezer Scrooge in A Christmas Carol, and Lysander in A Midsummer Night’s Dream. Edwards is an artist whose work has been exhibited throughout the country from Santa Fe to Maine. In 2019 his video installation ‘Spirit Photography’ was exhibited at Space Gallery in Portland as well as his animated work ‘Untitled Barrier’ at the Center for Maine Contemporary Art in Rockland. Andrew is the Supervisor at Spindleworks, a non profit aft center for adults with developmental disabilities on Lincoln Street here in Brunswick, where he facilitates a space for creative exploration and artistic empowerment.
Dana Wieluns Legawiec (Annabella/Margaret/Pamela) is thrilled to be making her Theater Project debut. Dana is a theatre artist and educator who has worked in Los Angeles, New York, Maine and internationally. In addition to performing, she is co-Artistic Director of Ziggurat Theatre Ensemble, Artistic Associate with the Camden Shakespeare Festival, Lecturer at the University of Southern Maine and House Manager at Colby College. She was named a Creative Community Fellow by National Arts Strategies in recognition of her work making theatre with children. She is a graduate of Princeton University and Dell’Arte International and obtained her Ed.M. in Arts in Education at Harvard.
