Welcome to the world of Stage Management! Stage managers are responsible for all the practical tasks of a production. In this six week course, you will learn all the basics of Stage Management, from our role in the rehearsal process to how to call a show! Stage managers will learn a variety of skills such as the importance of communication, leadership skills, and how to conduct everyday stage management tasks through lecture and practice.

What to Expect:
This Standalone Skill Class will run for 6 weeks. This class will focus on building knowledge and skill using lecture, one-on-one direction, scene work, roleplay, and workshop elements. Stage managers are encouraged to bring note-taking supplies.
Time Commitment
One and a half hours, once a week for six weeks.
